Design 1 is a single attached two story house design with roof deck. This is designed for narrow lot with 10 m frontage width making one side firewall ensuring at least 2 meter setback on the opposite side.

The front gate is located on the boundary maximizing the space by covering the entrance of the garage with the terrace above. Entry porch, living room and dining are in one line ensuring continuous flow all the way to the kitchen.

The second floor consists of the Master’s Bedroom measuring 3.9 by 3.4 meters overlooking the terrace at the front having its built-in toilet and bath and built-in cabinets. The door to the terrace  is along the hallway to provide access by the 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and 3 is located at the rear having an area of 11.2 and 9.36 sq.m. respectively. The roof deck is 73 sq.m. which big enough to accommodate small gatherings and a place to relax.
